If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. Please keep in mind that if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind. 
 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure that: 
- The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
- The item is in its original packaging. 
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase. 
- Only regular priced items may be refunded - sale items cannot be refunded. 
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 
 
Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at info@giftedgoat.co.uk and send your item to The Gifted Goat, 11 Orbec Avenue, Kingsteignton, Devon, TQ12 3ED. 
 
Please be aware that the following are exempt from refunds: 
- Gift cards 
- Some health and personal care items 
 
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances: 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 
 
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days. 
 
In case of late or missing refunds, please check your bank account and credit card company to ensure that the refund has not yet been posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@giftedgoat.co.uk. 
 
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and that shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Finally, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
